The City of Westmoreland will be accepting quotes for pressure washing and painting the concrete portion of the H.G. Kirby Memorial Building located at 5300 Austin Peay Hwy.
Quotes will be accepted until 3:00 PM November 4, 2021 with the quotes presented to City Council Members on November 4, 2021 during the monthly City Council Work Study Session.

All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor’s Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. No bidder may withdraw his quote within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City has the right to reject any OR all quotes.
