The City of Westmoreland will be accepting Sealed Bids for the remodeling of portions of the 912 Building located at 912 Park Street. Contact Tracy Gatwood (615-644-2640 ext. 105; 615-572-3750; tgatwood@westmorelandtn.gov) for access to the building and details of work to be performed.
Sealed Bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM September 7, 2023 with the sealed bids presented to City Council Members on September 7, 2023 and opened during the monthly City Council Work Study Session at 6:00 PM.

All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor’s Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. No bidder may withdraw his quote within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City has the right to reject any OR all quotes.
