The City of Westmoreland is conducting a Community Mobility Plan, and we need your input!!!

This planning effort will focus on developing recommendations for safety and mobility improvements at three intersections:
Highway 31-E and SR 52,
Highway 31-E and Austin Peay Highway, and
Old Highway 31-E and SR 52.
Highway 31-E and SR 52 are heavily travelled corridors, and they experience safety issues that need to be addressed. This mobility plan will identify project recommendations to improve the experience of all corridor users, whether you walk, bike, or drive in the area.
