Mayor James Brian Smalling has called a Special Call Meeting of the Westmoreland City Council for Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be in the Council Chambers located at 5300 Austin Peay Hwy.
The purpose of the meeting is to select a council member to fill the vacant position.
