Council Members Fredia Carter and Chandra Wilkerson have called a Special Call Meeting of the Westmoreland City Council on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 6 PM. The meeting will be in the Council Chambers located at 5300 Austin Peay Hwy.
The purpose of the meeting is for the opening of sealed bids for paving and possibly awarding a bid.
