There will be a Special Call Meeting on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 6:00 PM with the Westmoreland City Council, Westmoreland Industrial Board and Jackson Thornton Utilities Consultants for the purpose of discussing the Utility Rate Study Proposal provided by Jackson Thornton Utilities Consultants.
