Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Westmoreland, Tennessee, will hold a public meeting at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 in the Community Meeting room at 5300 Austin Peay Highway for the purpose of discussing a variance for Premier Construction (Michael Barnes) on two lots. Mr. Barnes is requesting a lot size variance for these lots as currently they do not comply with the Westmoreland Zoning Ordinance Article V, Section 5.051.2, R-2 Medium Density Residential District for a single detached dwelling. The said lots are as follows: 1213 Poplar Street, Map 044E Group E Parcel 005.01 and 808 Pleasant Grove Road, Map 044E Group E Parcel 005.00.
